The hair grow better with massages. The supportive effect of a scalp massage, we have already described. Another effective massage technique is called tapping massage. Here, the scalp is tapped with the fingertips or knuckles.
The exercise can be done sitting or standing. The fingertips or knuckles are initially placed directly on the scalp. Well to start with gentle, relatively fast drum movements. The exercise is performed for about 20 seconds and you knock specially the hair loss affected regions. We recommend that each time after a short pause, the massage repeated at least 3 times. At the end of the massage can be spread with the palms over the entire scalp. This „streaking“ distributes the energy over the entire scalp.
You can feel right after tapping massage a tingling sensation, which is a sure sign of the increased blood flow to the scalp and the stimulation of hair cells.
